I have always had an affinity for design, and my Grandmother Lewis was an early influence in my decision to become an interior designer. She worked in a drapery and upholstery store, so I was surrounded by fabrics growing up. She was a gardener and a faux painter who loved textiles and would sometimes reupholster her own furniture. She taught me to sew.
I also remember being inspired by my grandmother’s garden. Fascinated by all the colors, textures and composition possible in nature, I imagined all the possibilities in my interior design business. Today, I draw inspiration from my own garden, along with a few of my favorite things … my dogs, my horses, my kids Olivia and Ernest, and my husband Jerry.
When I go to work for you, I will bring with me more than 30 years of interior design experience. More than that, I bring a love for interior design, the large scale elements and small details that pull together a look.
